O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Mato Grosso (TJ-MT) reinicia nesta quarta-feira (20) o julgamento da apela\u00e7\u00e3o envolvendo a compra da Fazenda Santa Em\u00edlia pelo Banco Sistema, bra\u00e7o do BTG Pactual. O im\u00f3vel, localizado na Chapada dos Guimar\u00e3es, foi arrematado em leil\u00e3o<\/a> no ano de 2018 ap\u00f3s uma longa disputa judicial iniciada por d\u00edvidas da Camponesa Agropecu\u00e1ria. O caso, marcado por sucessivas trocas de magistrados e laudos divergentes, coloca em xeque a validade da arremata\u00e7\u00e3o e o valor pago pelo ativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
